Description
"Sign and Drive" Roadside Assistance – Industry Best for on-time arrival and customer service. Covers all private passenger vehicles owned by member and spouse. Up to 25-mile tow guaranteed. No "out of pocket" cost to the Member per occurrence. Accident Towing included. Maximum benefit $50 towards the tow of Member's disabled vehicle.
Definitions: Whenever the term "member", "you", or "your" is used, it shall refer to the Members / associate Member. An associate member must be a spouse or child of the individual member, be of legal age, be a licensed driver and have the same principal residence as the individual Member. Whenever the term "car" or "automobile" is used, it shall refer to the motor vehicle of the four-wheel private passenger type, including station wagons, jeeps, trucks and SUV’s with a manufacturer's rated load capacity of ½ ton or less, designed for use on public roads and not being used commercially. As applied to the Emergency Service the car, as defined, must be driven by a Member at the time of disablement.
- FREE Emergency Roadside Assistance (any minor mechanical adjustment performed at the disablement site that would enable a vehicle to continue under its own power).
- FREE Jumpstarts – battery boost or jumpstart.
- FREE Fluid Delivery – delivery of needed supply of water, fuel or oil. Member pays for the actual cost of delivered materials.
- FREE Tire Changes – changing of a flat tire with Member’s inflatable spare.
- FREE Lockout Assistance – we will help Member gain entry to their locked vehicle.
- FREE Trip Routing Services – Call Monday thru Friday toll-free at 866-294-0924 (two weeks in advance of your trip) to request your full-color wire bound trip outline. Fun games and points of interest included.
- Winching – One truck and one half-hour of labor to assist in pulling your stuck vehicle to a safe location. Vehicle must not be more than 100 feet from a regularly maintained road.
- No more than one FREE service in a seventy-two (72) hour period, not to exceed two tows a year, during one year coverage period.
