Group Discounts

This page contains all of the groups that have agreed to offer 4U Benefits value-added benefits to their employees, members, residents, clients, or customers.  By signing up as a group, they provide a discount to any of the people/families associated with their organization.  If you are to sign up as an individual instead of a part of a group, you will have a slightly higher rate on your benefit package.

If you are a member of a group and you do not see them here, you can contact us to submit your organization and contact for the group as a potential sponsor and we will contact them or you to start the process to determine if there is match for a group benefit.
